Michael Radu
(1947-2009) was scholar at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and a Senior Fellow and Co-Chairman of its Center on Terrorism, Counter-Terrorism, and Homeland Security. Dr. Radu's books include Dangerous Neighborhood: Contemporary Issues in Turkey's Foreign Relations and Dilemmas of Democracy and Dictatorship: Place, Time and Ideology in Global Perspective. He was a National Peace Fellow at the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace, and he monitored elections in Cambodia, Romania, Peru, and Guatemala. Europe’s Ghost
