Logan Beirne

For more than a decade, LOGAN BEIRNE has taught at Yale Law School, his alma mater, while pursuing a career spanning constitutional scholarship, corporate leadership, and the history of America’s founding. An award-winning scholar, he lectures on corporate law and American constitutionalism. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Strive, Inc., a publicly traded structured finance company, while continuing his teaching and scholarship.

Beirne’s passion for the Revolution is in his blood. He is directly descended from Revolutionary War patriots, and his family tree includes James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution.” His family also discovered a cache of George Washington’s papers preserved in an old storage chest. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and children.
